How it works

  1. Find it. Search the homepage, filter by category and distance, and open listings to compare photos, prices and availability.
  2. Book it. Pick your date and pay by card. The card is held, not charged.
  3. Owner approves. The payment captures and pickup details appear in your chat.
  4. Party, return, review. Collect the gear, run your event, return it, and rate the experience.

Renters pay a 2% platform fee plus a flat 30c per booking, always shown before you confirm.

Can I book event services like photographers and DJs too?

Yes. QRAUZ lists local services alongside items, including photographers, DJs, entertainers and party helpers. You book them the same way: pay by card, and the provider confirms before anything is charged.

What happens if my event plans change?

If you cancel before the owner approves the booking, the card hold is simply released and you are never charged. After a booking is approved and charged, you can file a refund request, which the owner or QRAUZ support reviews.
