How it works

  1. Find it. Search the homepage, filter by distance from your suburb, and open a listing to see photos, prices and availability.
  2. Book it. Pick your dates or hours and pay by card. The card is held, not charged.
  3. Owner approves. Once they accept, the payment captures and the pickup address appears in your chat.
  4. Collect, use, return. Grab the gear, do the thing, return it, and leave a review.

Renters pay a 2% platform fee plus a flat 30c per booking, shown clearly before you confirm. More detail in the Help Centre.
